Return Policy

  1. You have the right to return the products you bought within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. After the expiration of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the shipment, there is absolutely no right to return your order.
  2. Returned products must be in the condition sent by our company and received by you, complete and without damage, including all labels and packaging. Their packaging should be the one that necessarily accompanies the product, in excellent condition, without alterations or damage. Along with the product, all accompanying documents must be returned intact and in excellent condition, such as the original purchase receipt / invoice, warranty, operation manual or any other accompanying material.
  3. In case the product is accompanied by a gift, the gift should be returned, in excellent condition along with any forms that may accompany it.
  4. Returns that do not meet the above conditions are NOT Accepted and are returned to the customer.

Exceptions to withdrawal

There is NO retreat to:

  1. special orders, custom jewelry constructions, engraving of objects.
  2. modified products, at the request of the customer
  3. earrings, for hygiene purposes only
  4. products with damage caused when opening the product,
  5. Smartwatch electronics, upon activation by the customer.

Returns process

  1. The return process is as follows: You must contact us strictly within 14 days via email at address ……………….. writing your name and order number, justifying with a clear written statement why you want the return of the product even if you want a replacement. Within 5 working days you will receive a reply email with the return instructions. However, before each product return – and because there is a risk of losing the email – within the above deadline, it is recommended to contact our online store by phone ………………
  2. You must return the product in secure packaging so that it is completely protected. Upon receipt of your return, a detailed check will be made of the condition of the returned item and if there is no problem with its condition, packaging or documents, then you will be informed via email about the acceptance of the return. Returned products are your responsibility until they reach us, ie we do not bear any responsibility for any loss or damage during transport. Therefore, make sure that they are properly packaged and will not be damaged during transport.
  3. In case all the above are not observed and the product during our inspection is found to not meet all the conditions, this will not be accepted as refundable and will be sent back to you at a charge exclusively yours.

In case you do not want to be replaced with a new product, the refund process is done within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return at the headquarters of our company as follows:

  1. Refunds are made on the original payment method, unless at the time of purchase you chose cash on delivery. Refunds in this case will be made by deposit in a bank account indicated by you in writing via email. For security reasons, the beneficiary or co-beneficiary of the account number must be the same person as the one selected in the invoice information and indicated on the receipt.
  2. Purchases made as gifts can be exchanged for other products and are not redeemable for cash. During a discount period the discount items are changed only with discount products, as well as the products that are on offer throughout the year are changed only with products of the same category.
  3. In case you request a change of the product and the product to be changed is of lower value than that of the original order, the money difference is not refundable, but you must cover the total amount returned on the same day.
  4. We clarify that no refunds are made a) directly from our physical store and b) in cases where there is a change card.
  5. In no case are the delivery costs reimbursed.
  6. We have the right to delay the refund until we receive back all the products without exception under the conditions we have set.
  7. All return conditions apply to the change of products.

The above applies to orders placed ONLY through the online store (our website).

Cancellation, withdrawal or replacement rights should not be confused with defective products, as they are covered by their respective warranties and only the official dealerships of each brand are solely responsible for their replacement.
