For telephone order you can call (21 3030 7665) working hours and days.
In case you want a refund, you are informed via email that the procedure has been performed by us.
In order to cancel an order you placed you can either call the store's telephone service (tel.) Or send an email to (email) stating your request and order number.
To make sure that you have completed your order correctly, you will expect to receive within 5 'an automatic email in the email account you stated, where your order number will be listed.
By clicking with the cursor on the top right of the basket you can see the items you have added to your cart and edit them accordingly.
If your order has been placed before 3 p.m. leaves us the same day, if it has taken place after 3 p.m. leaves us the next working day.
The warranty covers the mechanical parts of the item you have purchased and its validity is for up to 2 years after purchase. The time period may vary depending on the company.
Once you have been notified to pick up an order for collection from our store, the item is reserved for you for the next two business days.
In case of return of the parcel that concerns a change or return of an item, the costs will be charged by the sender.
Delivery times for shipments within Attica are 1-3 working days, for outside Attica are 3-5 working days and outside Greece are 5-7 working days.
