Can I order by phone?

For telephone order you can call (21 3030 7665) working hours and days.

How am I notified that the money has been returned to my account?

In case you want a refund, you are informed via email that the procedure has been performed by us.

How can I cancel an order?

In order to cancel an order you placed you can either call the store's telephone service (tel.) Or send an email to (email) stating your request and order number.

How do I know that I have successfully completed my order?

To make sure that you have completed your order correctly, you will expect to receive within 5 'an automatic email in the email account you stated, where your order number will be listed.

How do I remove or add an item to my order?

By clicking with the cursor on the top right of the basket you can see the items you have added to your cart and edit them accordingly.

How long after the order is the product shipped?

If your order has been placed before 3 p.m. leaves us the same day, if it has taken place after 3 p.m. leaves us the next working day.

How long does the warranty period cover for me from the purchase of a product?

The warranty covers the mechanical parts of the item you have purchased and its validity is for up to 2 years after purchase. The time period may vary depending on the company.

How many days is the product kept bound in case of order upon receipt from the physical store?

Once you have been notified to pick up an order for collection from our store, the item is reserved for you for the next two business days.

Is there a charge in case of return?

In case of return of the parcel that concerns a change or return of an item, the costs will be charged by the sender.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times for shipments within Attica are 1-3 working days, for outside Attica are 3-5 working days and outside Greece are 5-7 working days.
